Charles David Grubb 77 of West Portsmouth passed from this life Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth. He was born November 2, 1943 in Ross County, Ohio the son of the late Charles and Geneva (Brown) Grubb.

Dave is survived by four children Tony Gillingham, Tammy (Andrew) Watson, Brigit (Paul) Hall and Christopher Grub; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sister Ernestine Sauer and brother Gary Grubb.

In addition to his parents Dave was preceded in death by the mother of his children Rose; their son David Grubb; and a brother Jimmy Grubb.

Dave enjoyed working on tractors and tinkering with mowers. Once he was able to get the mowers running it wasn’t uncommon for him to give them away.

There will be no services. Interment will take place in the Bainbridge Cemetery at a later date.
