Vicky Wetona Woods

Vicky Wetona Woods 64 of Bainbridge died 9:58 pm Monday, September 7, 2026, at Highland District Hospital, Hillsboro. She was born December 12, 1961, in Ross County to Betty (Meadows) Woods and the late Edward J. Woods.

She is survived her mother, Betty; three children Daniel Lee Woods, Kelly (Matt) Clark and Kimmy (Ervin) Weaver; eight grandchildren Wetona, Landon “Peanut”, Briella, Addison, Michael, Kaiden, Amayah and Gabby; six siblings Kenneth (Andrea) Woods, Darren Woods, Dwayne Woods, Randy Woods, Angela Pryor and Scott Woods (Becky Dillion); sister-in-law Velma Woods; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins including Brenda Cooper; her horse Princess and her cats.

In addition to her father Ed, Vicky was preceded in death by her brother Michael Woods; Aunt Mary Skaggs and nephew Toby Woods.

Vicky worked at Candle-lite for several years and she enjoyed the outdoors. She liked to fish, go to the casino and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 12 pm Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home, Bainbridge with the burial following in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 am until Noon at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be given to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
