Teresa J. Ragland

Teresa J. Ragland, 56, of Chillicothe, died on Monday morning, June 15, 2020 in Westmoreland Place, Chillicothe. She was born on Friday, July 19, 1963 in Ross County, the daughter of Richard Harris and Hilda J. Ragland.  

Surviving her are her two sons, Quentin E. Ragland and Garrett Ragland both of Chillicothe, her father, Richard Harris of Mount Sterling, her sisters; Robin Ragland and Joycelyn Jackson of Chillicothe, Krista Jackson and Karla Stephens of Greenfield and a host of nieces, nephews and a special friend, Marvin Viney of Chillicothe.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Elvis Mitchell, her mother, Hilda J. Jackson and her step father, Bill Jackson.

Teresa was a 1981 graduate of Adena High School. She had worked as a dispatcher for Rumpke in Circleville.

In keeping with Teresa’s wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort is serving the family
