Shirley Jean Schleich

Shirley J. Schleich 73 of Chillicothe went to be with her Savior Friday, February 5, 2021 at Four Seasons of Washington Court House. She was born September 21, 1947 in Ross County the daughter of the late John and Marie (Stewart) Depoy. On May 12, 1968 she married Edwin E. Schleich who preceded her in death on February 21, 2000.

She is survived by two daughters Sheila (Kevin) Riddle and Gene Griesheimer; grandchildren Devin Riddle, Chelsey (Tyler) Riddle and Eden Griesheimer; four great grandchildren; sister Nancy Fenneken; sisters-in-law Vicky Clark and Becky Curtis; several nieces and nephews including a very close niece Candy McCann and a close family friend friend Kris Oliver.

Shirley was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed cooking for her family. She also attended Tabernacle Baptist.

Graveside services will be held 3 pm Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in the Springbank Cemetery with Gene Oliver officiating. A time of sharing will be held 12:30 pm on Tuesday at Tabernacle Baptist. Those attending the service will need to wear a face mask and observe social distancing. No public visitation will be held.
