Scottie Ray Marcum

Scottie Ray Marcum 39 of Grove City formerly of Bainbridge died 7:25pm Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East, Columbus. He was born December 28, 1977 in Kentucky the son of Laura Marcum and stepdad Bill Bruggeman. On August 5, 2017 he married Bambi Raines, who survives.

Scottie is also survived by his stepdad, Bill ; son, Brandon Marcum; brother, Herb Marcum; his best friend, Rob Silverwood; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

He worked for Orkin and he had attended Zion Baptist. Scott loved golfing and he was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Friends may visit with Scott’s family from 4-6 pm Sunday, September 10, 2017 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge with cremation to follow.
