Rufus "Cook" Williamson

Rufus “Cook” Williamson 74 of Greenfield died 6:01pm Monday, January 30, 2017 at his home. He was born October 8, 1942 in Pike County the son of the late Albert and Hazel Marie Vandermark Williamson. His wife and companion of 52 years Mildred M. Calhoun Williamson passed from this life July 6, 2016.

He is survived by sons, Shaun (Robynn) Williamson and Timothy (Renee) Bennett; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sister, Judy Moore; brother, Don and Hilda Williamson; half-sisters, Doralyn Fite and Brenda Harless; friends Ron and Linda Charland and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by several siblings.

In accordance with Cook’s wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services.

The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
