Rose Dillon

Rose M. Dillon, 82, of Chillicothe, died at 3:30 a.m. on Friday, July 16, 2021 at CareCore at Westmoreland Place, Chillicothe. She was born in Westerville, Ohio  on Wednesday, October 26, 1938, a daughter of the late Herbert and Norma Barrow Hager. She married Dewey C. Dillon on Wednesday, March 26, 1986 and he preceded her in death on June 7, 2015. She is survived by her son, James E. (Lisa) Bridenbaugh, Jr. and one daughter, Janna (Robert) Sturges all of Chillicothe, four grandchildren, Matthew Bridenbaugh, Jessi Bridenbaugh, Alex Bridenbaugh and Robert Sturges, Jr., five great grandchildren, two sisters, Mary Wycoff of Oregon and Emma Penrod of Chillicothe, two brothers, Norman Hager of Waverly and Joseph Hager of Bidwell and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, David and Herbert Hager, Jr.    Rose had attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Zion, Illinois before moving to Ohio. She will be missed by her children and their families.    In keeping with Rose’s wishes, she will be cremated. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Twin Township Cemetery, Bourneville.
