Ronald Everett Posey

Ronald Everett Posey, 80, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, following an extended illness. He was born on June 15, 1946, to Pete and Flora (Morris) Posey, Ron was one of six siblings. Although he lived with a disability throughout his life, he faced life's challenges with quiet strength, resilience, and faith. Those who knew him will remember his gentle spirit and the impact he had on those around him.

Ron graduated from Paint Valley High School with the Class of 1964. In 1999, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and gave his heart to the Lord at Plug Run Church, a decision that brought him great peace and comfort throughout the years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Flora Posey; his sisters, Ella Mae Saunders and Ann Saunders; his brothers, Frank Posey, Gene Posey, and Clark Posey; and his wife, Karen Posey.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in the Twin Township Cemetery with Rev. David Marhoover officiating. No calling hours will be observed.
