Roland Eugene Locke, Jr.

Roland Eugene Locke, Jr 67 of Lancaster passed from this life September 15, 2021. He was born June 2, 1954 in Ross County the son of the late Roland E. and Ethel Mae (Knisley) Locke.

He is survived by his children Shane (Sandy) Locke, Erica (William) Henry and Brittany (Aaron) Rose; the mother of his children Pat (Forrest) Knisley; his sisters Fran (Bob) Whitley, Freida (Dave) Cross, Goldie (Jim) Jobe, and Marti (Bill) Huston; brothers Frank Cox and Jim (Cathy) Rhoades; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his son Jason Locke; brothers Leo Cox, Oliver Cox, Roy Locke and Robert Locke.

Gene was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He loved to tinker with electronics.

Graveside services will be held 11 am Tuesday, September 21, 2021 in the Cynthiana Cemetery.
