Richard "Rich" H Minser, Jr.
Richard H. "Rich" Minser, Jr., 61, of Elkton, Maryland, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Baltimore, MD. Rich was a veteran of the United States Marines and worked as a Manager with AmTrak. Surviving is his wife, Tatiana.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 2 p.m. in Brown's Chapel Cemetery, Clarksburg. Miltary honors will be accorded by the Ross County Veteran's Honor Guard.
