Penny A. McGraw Morgan

Penny A. McGraw Morgan, 58, of Murrells Inlet, SC, passed at 3:18 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Carecore at Westmoreland, Chillicothe, with her family at her side, after a long fierce battle with cancer. She was born on Saturday, May 6, 1967, in Chillicothe, a daughter of the late Robert and Minnie D. Brown McGraw.

Penny is survived. by her four children, Matthew R. (Betsy) McGraw of Kingston, Tara Johnson of Chillicothe, Joey McGraw of Grove City, Tyler Weller of Chillicothe, six grandchildren, Molly, Reid, Sierra, Charity Lynn, Sawyer, and Cheyenne, one great-grandson, Adrian, one sister, Vicky (Tim) Cox of Chillicothe, three brothers, Douglas Allemann, Samuel (Stella) McGraw, Mark (Luann) McGraw, all of Chillicothe, her best friend and companion, Dan Muylaert of Murrells Inlet, SC, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by one brother, David Allemann.

Penny was a graduate of Unioto High School, and worked as a manager for Dollar Tree stores in
South Carolina. She was a fan of Michigan sports, as well as the Cincinnati Bengals. Her family extends a special thanks to National Church Residence Hospice for their care and support.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort, with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may visit with Penny's family at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
