Patricia E. Penrod 76 of Chillicothe died 7:42 am Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born Friday, February 20, 1948, in Ross County, the daughter of the late Leslie and Pauline (Detty) Shewalter.
She is survived by three children Shelly Chaney, John (Theresa) Penrod and Leslie Eric Penrod; seven grandchildren Chase Chaney, Colt (Brittany) Chaney, Colin (Aubrey) Barrows, Faith Penrod, JT Penrod, Payton Penrod and Erica Penrod; six great grandchildren and a brother Mike Shewalter.
In addition to her parents Pat was preceded in death by her siblings Donald Shewalter, Phyllis Maple and Alice Stotridge.
Patricia loved her children and grandchildren immensely and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved to play bingo.
Graveside service will be held 10 am Tuesday, May 14, 2024, in the Twin Township Cemetery with Rev. Rich Cottrill officiating. No calling hours will be observed. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge is serving the family.Service Schedule
