Mary Ellen Ali

Mary Ellen Ali, 44, of Chillicothe, died at her home on Monday, July 6, 2020. She was born on Saturday, July 19, 1975 in Chillicothe to her late mother, the former Nancy Mounts.

She is survived by her two daughters Zahara Ali of Columbus, Jihad Ali of Cleveland, one sister, Sarah (Jeff) Bryant of Chillicothe, one brother, Larry Koeppel of Coshocton, two nieces, Ashley Leeth, Jade Koeppel, one great-nephew, Kyden Leeth, and her longtime companion, Ben Abbott of Chillicothe. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mona Mounts.

Mary was a graduate of Pickaway-Ross Vocational School and Adena High School.

A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of Mary's family. Burial will follow in the Londonderry Cemetery. Friends and family are asked to share their condolences on Mary's online register.
