Martha B. Robinson received her heavenly wings at 4:45am on Thursday, April 13, 2023, after being diagnosed with Colon Cancer on March 14, 2023. She was born Saturday, March 27, 1937, in Frankfort, a daughter of the late Shay and Sallie A. White Johnson. Martha just celebrated her 86th birthday with a special surprise, an Elvis impersonator.
On June 16th, 1957, she married Harry L. Robinson, from that union they had two daughters Vicki L (Sean) Klattenhoff Albuquerque New Mexico. Cindy L (Tracy) Stevens with whom she lived these past few years. She is also survived by grandchildren Jeffery Court (Angie) Landrum - great granddaughter Katelyn (Ryan) Gregorian, great great granddaughter Charlotte all of Cleveland Ohio. Jonathan (Blayne) Stevens - grandsons, Lantz and Ryker, Kingston Ohio, granddaughter Kathryn Depugh - grandson Jayden Gallagher, Chillicothe, two sisters; Eula (Fred) Hicks, Chillicothe, Ohio and JoAnn (Mike) Duffy, Las Vegas, Neveda. Many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, Harry, Martha was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Margaret, Paul, Dorothy, Dora, Elizabeth, Minnie, Virgil and Betty.
Martha worked at the Dairy Isle with longtime friend Barbara Kutchback then moved on to the Valley House and worked with the Winks Family. Martha loved all her grandchildren, they all participated in many sports, and she enjoyed hearing about them.
Martha has always cared for many family members and friends during her lifetime. Martha made sure that the girls always had what they needed but also taught them to be responsible young ladies, she always had a look that would say to you to go find a place and be seen and not heard. Martha and Harry enjoyed going out dancing with their friends at the Legion. When Dad was home, they would take the boat to Lake White with the family and have a picnic.
Family and friends are asked to attend a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2023, at the Greenlawn Cemetery Frankfort, Ohio. Chaplain Bruce Hines will officiate the service.
The family wants to thank Andrea Walters for all her loving care for the past year. The Adena Hospice Group, Dr. Seidensticker, Emily her nurse, Yvonne her night nurse and both Jessica's.
