Mark A. Rice

Mark A. Rice, 76, of Frankfort, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2026, in Vineyards at Concord, Frankfort. He was born in Fairfield County on October 16, 1950, a son of the late Clifford and Irene Cruit Rice. He is survived by his significant other, Karen Fannin, who he had lived with for over twenty years.

Also surviving are his daughter, Rhonda (Jeff) Wolfe, son, Tyson Rice, multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one brother, Brett Rice. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, David Rice.

Mark had worked for several years as a truck driver. He enjoyed camping, traveling, doing carpentry, and tinkering with things.

In keeping with Mark's wishes cremation will take place and no services will be held. The Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort, is serving Mark's family. Those who wish to leave a memory of Mark may do so by signing his online register.
