Marilyn Sue Gregg

Marilyn Sue Gregg 77 of Bainbridge passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Grant Medical Center, Columbus, due to an automobile accident. She was born November 1, 1948, at the home place on Lapperell Rd, to the late Dewey and Rosalee (Bumgardner) Everhart. 

Sue graduated from Paint Valley High School in 1966 and shortly after graduation on June 5 she married Roy Allen Gregg, who survives. Together they had three children Ryan A. Gregg, wife Melanie, Lana Arledge and Sara Dearth, husband Travis; six grandchildren William and Christopher Gregg, Evan and Wade Arledge, Leah (Jonathan) Murch and Hayes Dearth; 2 step grandchildren Taylor (Gabe) Ridder and Macy (Matthew) Carl and numerous great grandchildren, all who affectionately called her "Honey"; sister Gwendolyn Montgomery and great nephew Jonathan PeGan.

In addition to her parents Sue was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law Roy and Jane Alice Gregg and brother-in-law Harry Montgomery.

Sue enjoyed canning, sewing, crocheting, cooking, baking and farming. She was a member of the former Bainbridge Order of Eastern Star where she was a Past Worthy Matron.

Funeral services will be held 7 pm Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge. Following the service cremation will take place and Sue will be interred in the Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 pm Tuesday, at the Funeral Home.
