Maribeth Wood

Maribeth Mastin Wood, 51, of Frankfort, Ohio, passed from this life, Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at her home. She was born on Friday, March 26, 1971, in Washington Court House, the daughter of Willadean Free, and Garnett (Joann) Mastin, who survive.

In addition to her parents, Maribeth is survived by her husband of nearly 31 years, Andy Wood, her sons, Casey (Mallory) Wood of Frankfort, Logan (Bethany) Wood of Frankfort, daughter, Kyley (Nick Henson) Wood of Londonderry, grandchildren, Maggie, Macy, Addilyn, Layne, and Maren, brother, Brad (Anita) Mastin, maternal grandmother, Betsy Speelman, family friend, Roger Schafer, and many other family members and friends that became family. Maribeth was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Edward Bruce, and a family friend, Joy Schafer.

Maribeth loved her family. She enjoyed cooking, and spending time with her chickens. She loved all farm animals and raised many.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Don Valentine officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Family and friends are invited to visit with Maribeth's family at the funeral home on Monday, from 4 to 7 pm.
