Loraine Chaney

Loraine Chaney 68 of Christiansburg, VA died Wednesday, January 17, 2018. She was born December 2, 1949 in Ross County the daughter of Glenn and Mary Hurley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Chester Chaney; sister, Ruth Johnson; brothers, Jerry, Johnny and Glenn.

Loraine is survived by her sons, Chris Hurley of VA, Ronald Sams and Brian (Tammi) Sams both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Ashlyn, Krislyn, Brittany, Chase, Kayla, Michaela and Ashton; great grandchildren, Am’Marie and Chase, Jr.; sister, June (Mike) Johnson; brother, Ricky (Ernestine) Hurley and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 7 pm Monday, January 22, 2018 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge with Pam Sheets officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7 pm Monday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
