Kisha Counts

Kisha Jo Counts, 43, of Washington C.H., died at 10:30 p.m., on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Legacy of Chillicothe. She was born on Thursday, August 2, 1979, in Chillicothe, the daughter of Robert and Doreen Counts Lambert.

She is survived by her father, Robert Lambert, her son, Tyler Counts of Columbus, two sisters; Brittany (Marvin Blevins) Lambert of Vinton, OH, Heather (Michael) Johnson of Bidwell, OH, one brother; Donny (Katie) Shoemaker of West Jefferson, OH, nieces and nephews; Michael Counts, Jr., Abigale Counts, Dillon Burns, Kylee Thompson, Brody Shoemaker, Destiny Blevins, Katie Thompson, Braddock Counts, Sarah Counts, Landyn Blevins, Barrett Shoemaker and Jared Martin and several cousins. Also surviving are three aunts; Rose Counts, Shelley Counts, and Heather Counts, one uncle; Michael Counts. Kisha was preceded in death by her mother, Doreen "Dee" Lambert, her grandparents; Herbert "Curly" and Lillian Counts and Clyde and Nancy Lambert, snd her uncle, George Estrada.

Kisha had attended Westfall High School. Before her illness, she had worked as a Nurse's Aide at the Carlton Manor in Washington C.H. She loved to fish, camp and spend time with family and friends. Kisha dedicated her life to caring for her son.

A visitation will be held on Friday evening, July 14, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. A Celebration of Life service at begin at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Michael Johnson officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Maple Hill Cemetery, Stoutsville.
