Judy Downs

Judy E. Downs, 74, of Frankfort, died at 6:42 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born on Thursday, March 31, 1949, in Charleston WV, a daughter of the late John and Ada McNeely Sevy. She married Eugene Downs who preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons, Denver (Cheri) Sevy of Chillicothe, Scott (Lori) Sevy of Chillicothe, John (Kim) Sevy of Frankfort, 21 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one on the way, one sister, Sandy King of Bancroft WV, and her loving dog, Tiny. In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by one sister, Connie Legg, and three brothers, Denver, Dennis, and Larry Sevy.

Judy loved to collect indian figurines, read, and watch westerns.

A funeral service will be held at 1p.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Ronald Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends are invited to visit with Judy's family on Monday from 11a.m. until the time of service.
