Joyce A. Cropper, 69, of Greenfield passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. She was born on Sunday, October 21, 1951 in Ross County, a daughter of the late James and Mary Gray Mick

She is survived by her husband, Gary Milton Cropper who she married on July 26, 1972.. Also surviving are two sons, Mark L. Cropper and Jeffery A. Cropper of Greenfield, four grandsons, Kenton and Dylan Cropper, William and Terry McCarty, three sisters-in-law, Mary Mick of South Salem, Sue Mick and Sara Mick of Greenfield, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Larry and Gary in infancy, Tom, Frank and Jim Mick, one sister Rosemary Lewis.

Joyce retired from Adena Greenfield Medical Center Home Health. She was formerly employed at the US Shoe Factory, Candle-Lite, DHL (Airborne Express), was owner/operator of Dink’s Concessions, former waitress at Ward’s Restaurant (Gracie’s) and waitress/cashier at the Quik Stoppe in Greenfield.

Family and friends are asked to gather for a graveside service on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 11 a.m. in South Salem Cemetery where Danny Dodds will officiate the service. Those in attendance are to wear face masks and observe social distancing. No calling hours will be held.
