Jeff Grooms, 41, of Leesburg, died Saturday, October 2,2010 at his residence. He was born June 17, 1969, in Washington C.H., to the late George Edward and Ethel Geneva Williamson Grooms.



Surviving are two children, Wyatt Edward Grooms, 18, and Dora Michelle Grooms (Sweet Pea), 17, of Greenfield; his comanion and secial

friend of 19 years, Lisa Michelle Tolle; sisters, Letty (Donnie) Bonham of Washington C.H., Carolyn (Larry) Leach of New Holland, Roxann Shade of Greenfield; and brother, Jerry (Lynda) Grooms of Frankfort; nieces, Cathy, Kim, Heather, Carrie, Hailey, McKenzie, Mallory; nehews, David, Tony, Clint (CJ), Glenn (Bub), Cliff, Nick, Scott, Corey, Vincent, Chad; several great nieces and nehews; a secial life long friend, Sherman Redding of New Holland.



In addition to his arents he was receded in death by his two brothers, Danny Grooms and George Edward Grooms.



Jeff was not a man of many words but was a loving father to his children and showed his love and comassion for others through acts of kindness and service. He had a love for the outdoors, ATV's, dirt bikes, fishing, hunting mushrooms and listening to music.



Funeral services will be held 1 m Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Bainbridge with Rev. Richard Martin, Jr. officiating. The burial will take lace in the Bainbridge Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.



In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home PO 485 Bainbridge, OH 45612.
