James Robert O'Brien

James Robert O’Brien 73 of Chillicothe passed from this life Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Carecore at Westmoreland Place, Chillicothe. He was born Friday, March 2, 1951, in Long Island City, NY the son of the late Eugene and Katherine (Owens) O’Brien.

He is survived by his significant other Sharon Lewis; two children Kimberly Wolf and Patrick O’Brien; a grandchild and his siblings.

James was a graduate of Plain Ridge High School and attended Nassau Community College. He worked as a roofer for many years but in his later years he built decks. James was a member of the Moose Lodge 1626 of Chillicothe; he loved to karaoke and play war games.

There will be a celebration of life from 6-8pm Friday, August 9, 2024 at the Moose.

The Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
