James Mark "Floyd" Boyd

James Mark “Floyd” Boyd 57 of Bainbridge passed from this life 8:17 am Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Valley View Care Center, Frankfort.  He was born February 3, 1965 in Chillicothe the son of the late James T. and Jessie Mae Boyd.

Floyd is survived by a son Evan Pratt; sisters Angie Boyd-Bumgardner and Megan (Bryan) Henegar; a brother Chris (Lisa) Boyd and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to Wesley and Bridget Skaggs for the care they gave to Mark thru the years.

He was preceded in death by his sister Debbie Boyd and his best friend Bill Skaggs.

Mark enjoyed fishing, tinkering and on occasion karaoke. He was also an avid Nascar fan.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge. Following the service Floyd will be laid to rest in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call from Noon until the time of service at the funeral home.
