Iva Lou Legg 89 of Cynthiana passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016 at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, William and her son John.
She is survived by three daughters, Mary Tomlinson, Elizabeth Legg and Barbara (Mick) Huff Pence all of Bainbridge; six grandchildren, Doug Legg, Cheryl Evans, Stasha Blackburn, Jennifer Huff, John Milar and Sarah Milar; seven great grandchildren, Autumn, Blake, Roxanne, Clayton, Riley, Tristan and Emy Lou and one great great grandchild, Jak.
Lou owned Legg's Grocery in Cynthiana for 25 years. She loved to cook, read, work outside and spend time with her grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours or funeral service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Church Residence Hospice, 2335 N. Bank Dr. Columbus, OH 43220.
The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
