Ilene Warner

Ilene Warner, 71, of Washington C.H., passed away at her home early Sunday morning, February 15, 2026. She was born on Monday, March 15, 1954, in Hurley, Virginia, a daughter of the late Monroe and Helen Jean Collins Daniels. On April 2, 1971, she married Charles M. Warner.

She is survived by her husband, Charles, three children; Melissa (John) Clark, Charlie (Tammy) Warner and Mark (Angel) Warner, all of Washington C.H., one daughter-in-law; Nikki Warner of Chillicothe, four grandchildren; Colton, Noah, Jenna and Amanda, one sister; Patricia McConahay of Frankfort and two brothers; David and Jim Warner of Chillicothe and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ilene was preceded in death by three sisters; Emmalene, Brenda and Tammy and three brothers; Monroe, Jr., Ricky and Jerry.

Ilene had worked as a nurse's aide at Winter Song Nursing Home and Court House Manor. She attended Good Hope Community Church. She loved her Lord and was a God-fearing woman. She dearly loved her four grandchildren who brought happiness and light into her life. She will be missed by all those who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort with Pastor Don Ollie officiating. Following the service, Ilene will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. The family will visit with friends beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
