Heather Campbell

Heather Renee Campbell, 57, of South Salem, died on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 3:05 a.m. at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born on Thursday, June 12, 1969, in Chillicothe, a daughter of T. Steven and Nancy J. Porter Campbell.

She is survived by her father; Steve Campbell of Greenfield, one brother; Chad Campbell of South Salem and one sister; Lyndsey Campbell of Chillicothe. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy, one sister; Angela M. Campbell and her stepmother; Donna Anderson Campbell.  

Heather was a 1987 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School.

Honoring Heather's wishes, cremation will take place and no services will be held.
