Hazel L. Mettler 80 of Bainbridge died 11:50 AM Friday, March 25, 2016 at Maple View Manor of Bainbridge. She was born January 31, 1936 in Bainbridge to the late Robert and Ida Rice Southers. On August 18, 1952 she married James A. Mettler, who survives.
She is also survived by 4 children Jim (Sandy) Mettler, Bob (Vicky) Mettler, Julie (Gary) Spangler and Peg (Tim) Cleland along with several grand and great grandchildren.
Hazel was an avid pet lover and she loved watching humming birds.
A graveside service will be held 11 am Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in the Bainbridge Cemetery with Chaplin Billy Morris officiating. No calling hours will be observed. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
In lieu of flowers the family request contribution be made to the Paxton Area Life Squad Box 614 Bainbridge, OH 45612.
