Glenn W. Cochran, 85, of Frankfort, died on Wednesday morning, July 8, 2020 in the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born on Friday, March 8, 1935 in Ross County a son of the late William and Helen Burnett Cochran.

He is survived by his four daughters, Colean (Rick) Brunner, Felicia (Robert) Jordan all of Greenfield, Gloria (Gary) Roberts of Chillicothe and Dawn (Bruce) Webber of Stamping Ground, KY, eight grandchildren, Aaron Brunner, Shane Brunner, Chad Jordan, Jamie Roberts, Joshua Kibbey, Jeremy Kibbey and Katie Napier, Brittany Roberts, seventeen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two sisters, Pauline (Robert) Grate and Mary Martin of Greenfield, one brother, Terry (Joycie) Cochran of Greenfield and several nieces and nephews. Glenn was preceded in death by one great grandson.

Glenn was a 1953 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. Glenn retired from the Mead Container Corporation in Washington C.H. and he was a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ. He loved to collect guns, old Fords and loved to listen to country and western music.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort with Danny Dodds officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort where military honors will be accorded by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard and the US Army. Friends can visit with Glenn’s family from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. The family request that all that attend the service to wear face coverings in accordance to COVID -19 guidelines. Also in accordance to social distancing, seating will be limited to less than fifty. For those who cannot be present for the service or are not comfortable being in crowds will be able to watch the funeral service live on Glenn’s website at www.ebrightfuneralhome.com.
