Franklin P. Fullen

Franklin P. "Frank" Fullen, 69, of Greenfield, passed away on Monday morning, March 23, 2026, at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield. He was born in Pickaway County on Friday, November 9, 1956, a son of the late Maynard and Norma Jean Bush Fullen. Frank married the former Brenda L. Anders who preceded him in death on June 23, 2018.

He is survived by one son; Eric Brown of Columbus, one brother; Gary (Vicki) Fullen of Circleville, one brother-in-law; Cliff Thompson of Greenfield, one sister-in-law; Patty Fullen of Circleville, several nieces and nephews including Melissa (Mike Bell) Fullen of Circleville, Andrew Fullen and Brian Thompson, a lifelong friend; Jason Fowler and his special friend; Esther. Frank was preceded in death by three sisters; Barbara Jean Houser, Karen Sue Thompson and Sharon Brown and two brothers; Michael and Mark Fullen.

Frank was a 1975 graduate of Circleville High School. For several years, Frank worked as a nurse's aide at the Greenfield Manor. When Frank's brother, Gary, returned from Vietnam, he brought an Allman Brothers Band record and Frank became a lifelong fan of their music.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2026, in the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort with Rev. Roger Newkirk officiating. Following the service, Frank will be laid to rest with his wife, Brenda, in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. The family will visit with friends at the Ebright Funeral Home on Thursday from noon until the time of the funeral service.
