Flossie Lucille Mathena 84 of Dublin went to be with the Lord 5:20 m Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Mayfair Village, Columbus. She was born Aril 9, 1926 in Pike County the daughter of the late Huey and Mary Elizabeth Blake Leeth.
On Aril 6, 1942 she married Wilder Mathena who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Linda Lee Tuller of Holly Hill, FL and Kimberly Kay (Leonard) Skaggs of Dublin; 2 granddaughters, Tina Swain and Angie Serafini; grandson, Jason Burwell; 7 great grand and 3 great great grandchildren; and many friends including a secial friend Ernest Tuller.
She was redeceased by 8 brothers and sisters.
Flossie was a member of the Morgantown Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Funeral services will be held 1 m Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Bainbridge. Burial will follow in the Gardner Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
