Diana Kay Starkey

Diana K. Starkey, 76 of Frankfort, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born in Columbus on October 24, 1949, a daughter of the late Raymond T. and Betty J. Jonas Bandy. On February 22, 1969, she married Ezra E. Starkey, Jr. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2024.

She is survived by three daughters; Melissa (Curt) Bennett of Frankfort, Danielle Starkey of Texas and Samantha Starkey of Frankfort, four grandchildren; Chloe Mosley, Campbell Ousley, Isabella and Sophia Avellant, four great-grandchildren; Aiden Lucas Grant, Andie Jane Mosley, Blair Mosley and Azra Jean Ousley, two sisters; Tina Reeves of McArthur and Cindy Alcorn of Columbus. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Gloria DeHart and Sheila Jackson and a brother; Steve Allen Bandy.

In keeping with Diana's wishes cremation will take place and no services will be held.
