Danielle Mariah Martin

Danielle Mariah Martin 26 of Piketon, OH passed from this life Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born September 24, 1996 in Chillicothe, OH to Daryl and Bonnie (Sparks) Martin.

She is survived by her parents; her longtime life partner and fiancé Basil Lansing whom she stood beside since high school, together they had a beautiful baby girl Hazel Lansing; an older brother Billy Barnhart, Jr. of Bexley; an older sister Jennifer Martin (Chris Endicott) of Waverly; her closest sister Bryanna Sheets of Jackson; her grandmother Shirley Martin; and her extended family Basil and Marie Lansing; Trace Lansing; Ashley and Courtney.

Danielle was preceded in death by 2 Angel Babies; her older brother Daryl Martin Jr.; grandfather Robert Martin; grandparents Lowell and Gloria Sparks, an uncle Lowell Sparks, Jr and an aunt Florence (Bradley) Sheets.

She built her life around her family because she made it her life’s goal.  Danielle was a free spirit who liked to do things her way, but she had a good heart. She had friends who would come to her, and she would lend an ear. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held 1 pm Friday, April 7, 2023 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Rev. Jeff Mays officiating. Following the service Danielle will by laid to rest in the Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may visit with Danielle's family from 11 am until the time of service.
