Connie Gail Martin

Connie Gail Martin 74 of Bainbridge died Thursday, April 9, 2026, at her home, following an extended illness. She was born Wednesday, September 19, 1951, in Auburn, KY the daughter of the late James Kelly and Martha Jean (Davis) Dowden. On Wednesday, May 14, 1986, she married Charles Michael Martin, who survives.

She is also survived by her sons Anthony Jay Kidd his fiancé Melissa Elkins and James Aaron Kidd his wife Cynthia; 10 grandchildren Anthony Jay (Jr) his wife Ashley Anne, Jacob, Gavin, Skylie, Michael, Mason, Marcus, Mikayla, David James and Chloe Louise; one great grandchild Phoenix Winter-Anne; sister Bonnie Fry and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents Connie was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.

Connie loved to quilt and sew, making quilts for her family. She also enjoyed watching cowboy movies.

There will be no services. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
