Catherine C. Kennett

Catherine C. Kennett, 86, Of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday , December 30, 2014, at Adena Greenfield Medical Center, Greenfield. She was born on April 21, 1928, in Chillicothe, OH, the daughter of the late Hans and Gladys Carpenter Bowen. She married Robert Kennett on April 23, 1949 and he preceded her in death on December 8, 2000.
She is survived by one daughter, Janice (David) Brust of Greenfield, one grandson; Jeff Brust, and a special aunt; Mildred Berry of Washington C.H. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Pauline Speakman and Helen Redden.
Catherine owned and operated Catherine's Beauty Shop in Greenfield for several years.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, January 5, 2015 at the Good Hope Cemetery with burial to follow. Danny Dodds will officiate the service. Friends may visit with the Kennett family on Monday from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
