Carl Lee Milnickel

Carl Lee Milnickel, 76, of Greenfield, died at 7:10 A.M. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at his home. He was born on December 17, 1941 in Dayton, the son of the late Julius and Margaret Phillips Milnickel. On February 21, 1987, he married the former Vicki Cooper Roberts who survives.

In addition to his wife, Carl is survived by five sons; Thomas (Kimberly) Milnickel of Clarksville, Shannon (Sheila) Milnickel of West Milton, Steven (Toni) Roberts of New Carlisle, Charles (Paula) Roberts of Christiansburg and Shane (Brooke) Milnickel of Lewisburg. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren, four sisters; Helen Burns, Karen Conrad, Nancy Adams and Betty Tarr all of Dayton, and his best friend Mark (Becky) Andersen of Bainbridge. He was preceded in death by; five sisters and three brothers.

Carl worked most of his life in construction as a floor installer. He later worked at Paint Creek State Park as a Natural Resource Worker and enjoyed wood working in his spare time.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 12, 2018 in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Pastor Wes Gallaugher officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery. Friends may visit with Carl’s family from 11:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.
