Brenda Moody

Brenda Lee Moody, 63, of Frankfort, died on Friday morning, May 30, 2025, at the Ohio State University East Medical Center, Columbus. She was born on Saturday, January 27, 1962, in Chillicothe, a daughter of the late Earl Leroy and Mary Pittman Moody.

She is survived by one daughter, Megan Current, one son, Jonathan (Halie) Moody all of Frankfort, seven grandchildren; Brandon, Riley, Leanna, Blake, Adrian, Caitlynn, and Joey, Jr., three sisters; Marsha Aaron, Sandy Murphy and Melissa Secrest, one brother; Gregg Moody. Brenda was preceded in death by her father and mother, one sister; Rhonda Williams and one brother, Tom Moody.

Brenda was a 1979 graduate of Adena High School. She loved to garden, and to go fishing and camping. Her family was a very important part of her life. She loved her dog, Rocky, who was her constant companion.

Following cremation, Brenda's family will have a celebration of her life at a later date. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, Brenda's family asks that those who wish, may donate to the funeral home by clicking the donation button on her website.
