Brenda Kay Dunn

Brenda Kay Dunn 72 of Chillicothe died 5:51 am Friday, August 28, 2026, at her home. She was born July 30, 1954, in Chillicothe, to the late Hobart D. “Bud” and Kathleen A. (Cutright) Muntz. In November 1984 she married Paul Harrison Dunn, who survives.

She is also survived by three children Michelle (Brandon) Zimmer of Lewis Center, Jackie (Todd) Smith of Florida and Chris (Belinda) Dunn of West Jefferson; five grandchildren Owen, Riley, Clayton, Todd and Katlin; three great grandchildren Paisley, Kyler and Oakley; brothers Bradley (Joan) Muntz of Frankfort and Barry (Kelli) Muntz of Oklahoma; several nieces, nephews,cousins and friends; and her dog Tori.

Brenda was a 1972 Graduate of Southeastern High School, and she worked for Wearever and Sun TV. She liked fishing, making baskets and canning food. She just enjoyed life and loved being with her kids and grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 10 am Friday September 11, 2026, in the Twin Township Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Powers officiating. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
