Bertha Irene Lytle

Bertha Irene Lytle 74 of South Salem passed from this life Friday, October 1, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born January 16, 1947 the daughter of the late William F. and Collace M. (Smith) Landrum. On June 1, 1968 she married the love of her life Steven L. Lytle, who passed from this life Sunday, May 16, 2021. Bertha is survived by their son Bryson Lytle; brother William (Betty) Landrum; sister Margaret Rhoads and several special nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband Bertha was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Betty Columbus and Helen Smith; two brothers George Earl and Raymond Landrum.

Bertha retired from Candlelite and enjoyed mushroom hunting, gardening, working wordsearch puzzles, pitching horseshoes and cooking. She also loved feeding and watching the humming birds and caring for her pets as well as the strays.

A graveside service will be 12 pm Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in the Twin Township Cemetery with Troy Villars officiating Friends may call from 5 to 7 pm on Tuesday at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge.
