Bernard "Buddy" Mann

Bernard E. "Buddy" Mann, 78, of Frankfort, died on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 7:33 a.m. at his home. He was born on Monday, June 4, 1945 in Columbus, the son of the late Bernard and Tora Miller Mann.

He is survived by his partner of 23 years, Norma Pennell of Frankfort, one son, Richard (Jamie) Mann of Midwest City, OK, one daughter, Anita (Chad) Cox of Lebanon, TN, seven grandchildren, one sister, Paula Pearson of Lawrenceburg, IN and a very good friend and neighbor, who was like a son, Dave Graham of Wellston. Buddy was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Thompson.

Buddy had served as a Police Officer with the Groveport Police Department. He was a retired firefighter and EMT with Madison Township Fire Department.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Glen Rest Memory Gardens, Reynoldsburg with Danny Dodds officiating. Buddy wanted no calling hours, and his family will honor that request. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort is serving the family.
