Barbara Richter

Barbara J. Richter, 64, of Greenfield, died Monday morning, December 5, 2022, at 4:44 a.m., at Adena Greenfield Medical Center. She was born on Wednesday, February 26, 1958, in Highland County, the daughter of the late James and Ruth Mercer McMurray. She married Jeffrey L. Richter, and he survives.

Also surviving are her children, Honey (Chuck) Kyle of Washington Court House, Jacob Richter of Portsmouth, Storm (Donald) Bragg of South Salem, grandchildren, McKenzie, Logan, Nathan, Haley, Lane, River, Fisher, great-grandchildren, Greyson, Gracelynn, sisters, Vicki (Hugh) Duff of Greenfield, Dotty Mullikin, brothers, David (Becky) Crouch of Washington Court House, Dennis McMurray and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Barbara was a 1976 graduate of The Edward Lee McClain High School. She had worked at Johnson Controls for thirty-two years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and watching birds.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place and no services will be held. The ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield is serving the family.
