Arnold James Adkins

Arnold James Adkins 69 of Piketon passed from this life Thursday, June 8, 2023, at his home. He was born Friday, May 21, 1954, in Ross County the son of the late Leslie and Venice E. (Rowland) Adkins.

He is survived by his siblings Dessie Ralston, Leota (Eugene) Benson, Alice Adkins, David (Shirley) Adkins and James (Lisa) Adkins and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

In addition to his parents Arnold was preceded in death by his grandma Rowland; grandparents John and Mallie Adkins and siblings Darlene Cox, Delcie Lee, Joan Hiser, Dorothy Lowman, Wilma Adkins, John Adkins, Chester Adkins, Kevin Adkins, Flora Jane Adkins and Ray Anderson.

A graveside service will be held 11 am Monday, June 12, 2023, in the Lapperell Cemetery with Rev. Jeff May officiating. There will be no calling hours observed.

The Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
