Alivia Grace Smith

Alivia Grace Smith, infant daughter of Brian and Farrah D. Smith of Chillicothe, joined the Heavenly angels after her birth at Adena Regional Medical Center.



In addition to her parents, Brian J. and Farrah Neukirchner Smith, she is survived by her maternal grandparents Garnett and Frank Neukirchner of Frankfort, paternal grandmother; Marie Brotherton of Warrenton, Oregon, maternal great grandmother; Leola Hammond of Louisa, KY, four brothers; Nathan and Jacob Neukirchner and Elijah and Noah Smith all of Chillicothe, several aunts, uncle and cousins. Alivia was preceded in death by her brother; Isaiah Smith, maternal great grandfather, Nathan Hammond and her paternal great grandparents, Donald and Geniveve Bartholomew.



Friends and relatives are asked to attend a graveside service in Grandview Cemetery, Chillicothe at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 29, 2010. Calling hours will not be held.
