Albert J. Bauereis

Mr. Albert J. Bauereis of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully Friday, September 2, 2016 in Hope Hospice, Fort Myers, Florida after some recent health challenges. Albert was born July 17, 1931 in Covington, Kentucky to the late Albert and Barbara Bauereis. He married his wife Ruby Jean Looney January 25, 1969. He worked as a route sales driver with Archway Cookies. After retirement from Archway, Albert began a second career as a driver for Trailways Bus Service. He also proudly served as a veteran in the United States Navy.

Albert is survived by his wife of 46+ years, Ruby; he is also survived by his five children, Lori, Greg, Mike, Gary, and Kathy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents Albert was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford and a sister, Barbara Ann Schultz.

Graveside services will be 2:30 PM Friday, September 16, 2016 in the Bainbridge Cemetery, Bainbridge, Ohio with military service accorded by the Ross County Honor Guard.

In Albert’s honor, memorials are suggested to Hope Hospice 9470 Health Park Circle, Fort Myers, Florida 33908.
