Patricia A. "Pat" Long, 81, of Frankfort, died at 10:32 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Berger Hospital, Circleville. She was born on February 17, 1937 in Washington Court House, the daughter of the late Frank and Lillian Butler Bowdle.
Pat is survived by three children, Sue Bethel, Diana (Brian Rulestead) Kopp, and Carlon (Dottie) Drum, all of Frankfort, six grandchildren, Autumn, Jamie, Samantha, Ronnie, Sage, Cory, six great-grandchildren, Jordyn, Jake, Kaylee, Reed, Mason, Remy, special cousin, Wendy Rollison, special nephew Ronnie (Cindy) Bowdle, special niece, Tina (Rusty Dickey) VanMeter, and very special friend and running buddy, Debbie Core. She was preceded in death by one son, Philip Lee Drum, one sister, Helen VanMeter, and one brother, Russell Bowdle.
Pat was a hard-working waitress and spent 52 years working for the Frankfort Corner Restaurant. She was a member of the Frankfort American Legion Auxiliary. She loved to drink coffee and scratch lottery tickets with her buddy, Debbie. Her family wishes to give special thanks to Hearth & Care, Greenfield, for the care Pat received.
In keeping with Pat's wishes, a graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018, in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort.
